The 'Shrimp Lady' Seafood

Many people remember the fantastic seafood stand on the north bridge of North Topsail Beach. Well, a new town ordinance forced the stand to relocate to a 'bricks and mortar' shop at 4021 Island Drive (1.5 miles south of the bridge) but owner Randy Millis still offers the same renowned fresh shrimp and scallops, as well as new selections of grouper, mahi mahi, tuna and red snapper.

Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days a week

The prices are, as of last check (July 30, 2010) are;

• head on shrimp $4.50
• head off shrimp $8.00 lb.
• scallops: $12 a pound
• grouper: $10.50 per pound
• mahi mahi: $9.50 per pound
• tuna: $11 per pound
• red snapper: $10.50 per pound

Also offered are home delivery, call-ahead ordering and dressing service. Mastercard and Visa accepted.
