Topsail Island Fishing Piers
There are three fishing piers on Tosail Island. The 937-foot Surf City Pier is located downtown and close to all the amenities of Surf City. The Seaview Fishing Pier, located in North Topsail Beach, about 10 miles north of Surf City, is over 1,000 feet long, one of the longest in NC. The Jolly Roger Fishing Pier is located in Topsail Beach, the southernmost municipality on the island. It is 850 feet long.
Fishermen do not need to purchase a NC Fishing License to fish the piers. The piers maintain a Blanket Coastal Recreational Fishing License that covers their customers.
